The Best Long Tail Keyword Research Tools for Google

You’ve probably heard about long-tail keywords, but what are they, and why are they vital for your Google AdWords campaigns?

Today, I’m sharing my five favorite long-tail keyword research tools. Not only will you be able to discover long-tail keywords on your own.

But you’ll also get some insight into some of the most potent questions people may ask when searching for your products or services.

Let’s dive into this one. JAAXY makes it easy to sift through blog posts and discover questions related to your chosen keywords.

To get started, take a look at these three blog post categories: Forums, Quora, and Search Engine Pro.

Take careful note of search volume here because you can determine if there’s interest in a topic with relatively low search volume with this tool. You’ll also be able to get some helpful ideas for questions that match your chosen keywords.

Next, take a peek at the Answer the Public called Questions on the Web. Look through the questions and try to perfect your answer.

Next up, take a look at the AISEO section. It is a great way to get your technical SEO questions answered quickly (and with the highest search volume), as everyone loves a quick technical SEO problem.

Finally, take a look at featured snippets. I’ve been trying to dive into these recently. AISEO covered what a featured snippet is, and the types of content Google is showing in them. It is a great way to find what your targeted keywords are likely to show.

Knowing which keywords to target is the key to getting your content to rank higher. While there are many tools to research keywords, using Jaaxy and CopySmith, and Google Analytics to get keyword data is the most straightforward method.

Knowing how many people are searching for a keyword is excellent, but Google it if you know nothing else. Find all the projects related to your company’s keywords. Search for the inputs located near your current location.

You’ll likely see some suggestions that don’t yet include your company name, so use that to create a new list. From there, also add the jobs your employees have applied for to your new list.

You are creating a list with all the jobs related to your company’s keywords. Or keywords you are targeting will help research the quantity and types of keywords your company is using already.

One thing to note: it would be very wise to create a separate list for wholesale businesses rather than for restaurants, apartments, hotels, shops, etc.

While you should create different lists for all the companies you work with, using bulk keywords may help you filter posts that you’re not interested in locating.

The #1 Writing Tool
Knowing how many people are searching for a keyword is excellent, but Google it if you know nothing else. Add up all the jobs related to your company’s keywords.

From this, you’ll get an extensive list that will help you figure out how much search volume your company is receiving for each keyword.

Suppose a keyword is getting a decent amount of traffic. In that case, the chances are that it’s a potentially crucial long-tail keyword. Once you’ve identified some long-tail keywords, use them and the keywords your customers search for and add them to a new list.
